It takes us 72 hours to make a loaf of bread. We think this improves the flavour and texture, and we know it improves its nutritional qualities.



Organic ingredients...



We source organic ingredients for our sweet products and sandwiches whenever we can; our breads always use 100% organic ingredients.



And basically doing good things...



Be it our customers, suppliers or employees, we always try to do the right thing. That goes for the planet too!
